The Office of Student Retention is charged with working collaboratively with all areas of the
College to ensure an environment conducive to the retention of Wiley students.  Whether
through individual outreach, student support initiatives, or early intervention program, the goal
of the Office of Student Retention is to increase the number of students at all class levels who
return to Wiley each year, complete their degrees, and graduate.

"We are Wiley" Outreach Program

Each member of the Wiley family is integral to Wiley's spirit and to Wiley's future.  We are
committed to each other's success, and we work to prevent each other's failure.

The "We are Wiley" Outreach Program is a campus-wide initiative designed to intervene with
students who may be having academic and/or social difficulties adjusting to the college
experience.  Upon receiving referrals, members of the "We are Wiley" Outreach Team are
responsible for making contact with students and connecting them to campus resources
appropriate for their individual needs.

If you are a concerned parent who would like the Outreach team to contact your child, please use
the referral process availabale at the link below.
